9) Seated forward bend
It is an amazing posture to relax back muscles. Start in a sitting position where legs are folded at the knees. Then slowly bend your back at the hip region and keep your arms straight touching the ground. The palms will be eventually touching the floor and head will be in downwards direction. Hands should be in parallel position. Maintain the posture for few seconds, then rise upwards and come back to normal position. It is a great stretching mechanism for the body and relaxes back muscles.
