8) Eagle posture
Many people consider that eagle posture for reducing back pain is a little advanced but with practice you can surely excel in doing it. Stand straight and then slightly bend your knees. Begin lifting your left leg and reach for your left thigh over the right. Keep in mind that foot should point towards the floor. Try to maintain the balance and for arms bring the left arm under the right arm and elbows need to be bent but palms should be together. This posture provides great flexibility to the body and will surely help in eliminating back pain.
