4) Triangle pose
Triangle pose is a very easy exercise and can be really helpful for eliminating back pain. Stand in such a way that feet are apart from each other in a parallel manner. Then rotate your left foot so that the left heel is in alignment with the arch of right foot. Extend the arms to the side, tilt at the hip region and place left hand on the ground. Change the position after one round and practice this pose for few minutes daily for incredible results.
