2) Cat pose
Cat pose is very simple and can be easily practiced without any difficulty. It is a powerful stretching mechanism that focuses on the spinal region and hip area. Begin with your knees and hands. Legs should be folded from knee region and keep your palms on the ground in parallel position. Lift your chest and tailbone in the upper direction. Try to look straight and feel the sensation occurring in lower back. Maintain the posture for few seconds and then come back to normal position. Few rounds of cat pose will surely help in getting rid of back problems.
