10) Locust pose
Last but not the least, another great yoga pose for reducing back pain is the locust pose. It not only strengthens back region but is excellent for the buttock area as well. Lie on the stomach. Then slowly raise your legs from the hip region and lift your head upwards placing the arms backwards. Try to hold this position for few seconds then slowly bring the legs and neck down, and hands resting on floor. Then practice few rounds in the same manner.
